Angie Creech
Angie is a certified NC Teacher of the Hearing Impaired who specializes in teaching children who are hearing impaired and their parents have chosen the auditory-oral or auditory verbal philosophy. She obtained her BS in Deaf Education from University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1999 and her M.A.T. in Early Childhood Education from Salem College in 2006. She has a license to teach B-K, preschool, Hearing Impaired K-12 and EC in language, math, social studies in grades K-6. Angie has taught in a variety of classroom settings and programs. She has taught in early intervention, the CCCDP preschool teacher, and public schools. She has helped train many language facilitators and teachers in language and vocabulary development and how to elicit these targets. Angie joined Pediatric Speech and Language Service in 2011. Angie lives in north Charlotte and works in schools throughout the Charlotte region. Angie is a member of Educators of the Deaf Association and AG Bell.
