Laura Stanley

Laura is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with special interests in working with clients who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. She obtained her BA in Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006, and her MS in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. She developed a specialty working with children with cochlear implants and hearing aids by serving on two pediatric cochlear implant teams, in a university and a pediatric hospital setting. Laura is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, AG Bell, and NC AG Bell. She became a LSLS Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist in 2011.
