Kendal is a Speech-Language Pathologist currently completing her clinical fellowship year with Pediatric Speech and Language Services, Inc. She obtained her bachelor’s in communication studies from UNC Charlotte (2014). After working in the healthcare industry for a couple of years, she decided to further her education to pursue her passion for working with children. She continued on to get a second bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University (2018) and a master’s degree from UNC Greensboro (2020), both in Speech Language Pathology. Kendal is interested in all areas related to speech language pathology, with a specific passion for working with children with apraxia and developmental language delays. She currently resides in Cabarrus county and serves the Charlotte/Mecklenburg and Cabarrus county areas.

Caroline Forman is a North Carolina native who attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. While there, she earned her B.A. in Psychology and holds minors in both Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Intellectual Disabilities. Caroline later obtained her M.A. in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Following graduate school, Caroline relocated to Colorado where she worked with children in early intervention and private practice settings. Caroline has gained experience in the areas of articulation, apraxia, AAC (alternative and augmentative communication), early intervention, fluency, language and pragmatics. Her passion is working with infants, toddlers and school-aged children, incorporating play and parent-coaching into her therapeutic framework. In her free time, Caroline enjoys hiking, listening to music, cooking, naps, and making others laugh. "

Ashley is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with special interests in working with clients who have pediatric feeding disorders and early intervention speech and language disorders. Ashley received her BA in Latin from Wake Forest University in 2006 and her MS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University in 2012. She joined Pediatric Speech and Language Services, Inc. in March 2020. Ashley is trained in using Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention, as well as Medical, Motor, and Behavioral Feeding Program. To date, she is the recipient of two ASHA Awards for Continuing Education (ACE). Ashley has trained with the UNC-Chapel Hill feeding team, serves as an outsource in the Greensboro and Randolph County areas for clients requiring ongoing feeding therapy. She offers a monthly feeding workshop with a local OT as sponsored by The STAR: Supported Therapies and Recreation and the Down Syndrome Network of Greater Greensboro.
