Erin is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with special interests in working with clients who are deaf and hard-of-hearing, who have oral motor/feeding difficulties, and/or articulation and language disorders. She obtained her BS in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University in 1998, and her MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Radford University in 2002. Erin joined Pediatric Speech and Language Services, Inc. in July 2003. Erin specializes in working with early intervention, preschool, and school-age clients in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg and Union County areas. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, AG Bell, NC AG Bell, and NCSHLA. Erin is trained in using Beckman Oral Motor Massages, Auditory/Verbal Techniques, sign language, and Cued Speech. Erin has attended several feeding/oral motor seminars, and continues to expand her knowledge of childhood feeding/swallowing disorders.

Ashley is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with special interests in working with clients who are deaf and hard-of-hearing to promote spoken language. She obtained her BS in Speech-Language Pathology in 2005 and her MA in Speech-Language Pathology in 2007 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ashley began her practicum work with Pediatric Speech and Language Services, Inc. in 2006 and then joined the company in the summer of 2007. She has worked with clients in several settings, including schools, daycares, preschools, and homes within many counties in NC. She can teach language to deaf children using sign language, Cued Speech, and Oral and Auditory/Verbal therapies. Ashley is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, AG Bell and NC AG Bell. She became a LSLS Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist in 2012.

Kelly is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and a member of ASHA and NCSHLA. She specializes in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children with dysphagia and sensory feeding disorders. She has also provided services to children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing with Pediatric Speech and Language Services, Inc. since 2007. She is an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she teaches courses in Speech-Language Pathology and pediatric dysphagia. With more than 27 years of experience, Kelly has advanced clinical training in feeding/swallowing disorders in infants, is the author of Pediatric Dysphagia Resource Guide, and has presented numerous workshops in the areas of swallowing/feeding disorders in children.
