Amy is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with special interests in working with clients who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. She has more than 11 years' of experience working with children with cochlear implants and hearing aids and their families, using Auditory-Verbal and auditory-based techniques to promote spoken language. She has additional experience with speech production and phonetic transcription. Her manuscript, "Transcribing the Speech of Children with Cochlear Implants: Clinical Application of Narrow Phonetic Transcription", was published in the American Journal of Speech-Language Pathology (Teoh & Chin, 2009). She obtained her BA in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997 and MS in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the Univeristy of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001. Amy joined Pediatric Speech and Language Services, Inc. in 2008. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, AG Bell, and NC AG Bell.

Laura is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with special interests in working with clients who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. She obtained her BA in Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006, and her MS in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. She developed a specialty working with children with cochlear implants and hearing aids by serving on two pediatric cochlear implant teams, in a university and a pediatric hospital setting. Laura is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, AG Bell, and NC AG Bell. She became a LSLS Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist in 2011.

Rebecca is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with special interests in working with clients who are deaf and hard-of-hearing and/or delayed in articulation and language development. She obtained a BA in Communication Studies and a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Butler University in 2003 and her MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Gallaudet University in 2005. Rebecca joined Pediatric Speech and Language Services, Inc. in 2011. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Rebecca has devoted much of her continuing education credits toward advancing her knowledge and clinical skills for working with students with cochlear implants. She has attended the NC AG Bell Conference, the NC Summer Institute, and various workshops such as the Bloom and Lahey Guide to Language Development. Rebecca is currently providing services to early intervention and school-age clients in and around Greensboro, NC. Rebecca is also fluent in American Sign Language, is able to use Cued Speech, and has conversational Spanish skills.
